Who Is Eligible?
To ensure our support reaches those in greatest need, please note the following eligibility requirements:
- *You must be currently receiving active cancer treatment* (chemotherapy, radiation, etc.) at the time of your application.
- *An application must be submitted and approved* before any assistance can be granted.
- *The maximum award per application is $100.*
- *You may reapply every 6 months*. Eligibility resets after this period.
How to Apply
Complete our Financial Assistance Form and submit it along with the required documentation. Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll contact you with next steps. We process applications as quickly as possible, but please allow a short window for review.
